Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies lbn.com.ar uses, why we use them and how you can accept, reject or change your choice at any time.

Who is responsible

The site lbn.com.ar is run by Ezequiel Lebon (LBN Studio), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this policy or your data, email ezelebon@gmail.com.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They are used, for example, to remember your preferences or to count how many people visit a page. Some are first-party (set by this site) and others are third-party (set by an external service, such as Google). We also use your browser's local storage (localStorage), which works in a similar way.

Which cookies we use

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a Google LLC service, to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which pages they read and from which country or device. We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, Google Analytics does not store cookies in your browser. We don't use this information to identify you or to show you ads, and advertising cookies are turned off.

Google may process this data on servers outside your country, including the United States. You can read how in Google's privacy policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How to accept, reject or change your choice

The first time you visit, we show a notice with two buttons: Accept and Reject. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time:

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your rights

Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to ezelebon@gmail.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the authority in charge of that law, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected.

If you visit from the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) —access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability—, and we only use analytics cookies with your prior consent, as European law requires. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the button above, and you can lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

If you are in the United States, we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.

Changes to this policy

If we change the tools we use, we will update this page and the date below. If a change affects cookies that require consent, we will ask for it again.
